What do you love most about your job?
When you see the transformation in a person after they have left you and got on with their lives. No 2 people behave the same and I have had a couple of great successes from my weekly drop in courses that have steered me to using the techniques I keep yo now.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A family member was poorly with depression for 2 years and we were all out of our comfort zone when learning how to be properly supportive. In my previous roles in shopping centre management I was always finding solutions to peoples problems with each other and work life balance. The deciding factor was when a colleagues best friend died in the Grenfel Tower disaster, someone happened to ask me if i was in the right job.
Change happened from there !!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am empathetic, I have had a diverse number of jobs and good life experience along with ongoing NLP and Coaching training. I love people and can see what they need. Helping them work towards their own solutions is very heart warming and satisfying for me. They will always have my support even after the work is completed.
