Coaching
Clients describe me as a good listener, able to create a safe space where they can freely discuss their issues and aspirations. I help them to question their assumptions and to explore the underlying purpose and values that drive their actions, to help define what represents success for them and how our coaching sessions could help them achieve this. If it helps the objectives of the coaching, I may suggest a model or a framework that I have found helpful in my business career.
Team Facilitation
I run facilitation sessions to enable the creation of high performing teams. These may include a series of one-to-one calls to build a picture of how each individual sees the team and their role in it. The sessions focus on building clarity around the team's purpose, what the individual roles are, how they want to work together and what processes need to be in place to make this happen.
