I can't even begin to express how amazingly skilled and professional Pooja is! I wanted a cake and eggless cupcakes with 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' theme for my daughter's first birthday and was amazed at the lovely outcome! Pooja was very accommodating when I requested the use of organic ingredients along with unrefined sugar. The cake was absolutely delicious! My family enjoyed it very much. The children, teachers and parents at my daughter's nursery absolutely loved the taste of the cute cupcakes and very much appreciated the fact that they were organic, eggless and had unrefined sugar.
