What do you love most about your job?
I love to bake new flavours and new ideas - coming both from customers and from trends. I love to create new designs and push myself to achieve a certain look and reach high standards.
The reaction from customers when they see and taste your piece of work is the best feeling. To see that you have achieved what they wanted and to be a part of their special days and help them celebrate with the must have party centre piece - C A K E !

What inspired you to start your own business?
Baking has always been something I have done in my free time with my grandparents and my mother - in my eyes I have definitely learnt from the best.
