Elen and her team catered our wedding last June at Llyn Gwynant barns in Snowdonia. I wanted a proper sit down three course meal even in such a rustic setting and the team did not fail to deliver above and beyond our expectations. The team were simply exceptional! They made all of the pastry and puddings from scratch, they made our entire menu gluten free, the food was too due for! The staff were so friendly and professional, they kept our fizz flowing, delivered delicious food, presented in a modern bistro style, ran a smooth professional efficient service and cleaned up everything in a very timely manner. A big thanks to Elen and her team for providing a feast for Edward and Amanda's wedding this weekend. The food was delicious ,the beef was cooked as we asked, the salads were very tasty and everything was done with great care and attention. The puddings were lovely ,my fav was the strawberry cheesecake,everyone commented how nice the food was.�

What’s your signature dish?
I love to cook many dishes but I would have to say what I love doing the most is making an exceptional sauce to compliment the meal.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have a range of different menus my customers can have a look at. The customer usually chooses a particular menu or sometimes they like to mix the menus up which makes their menu unique.
I respond to email frequently and I keep the customer updated with what is discussed via email so that every party understands what is to be expected on the day
What do you love most about your job?
I love being in control of the catering business and I love working with the staff I have they are all fabulous!
I enjoy the feeling you get after you have done a big event. The hard work and stress leading up to a events can be overwhelming but the feeling of pure joy and satisfaction you get afterwards makes it all worth it!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having working in the industry since 1999 and being a trained chef by 2002 I have had my fair share of experience. For many years Ive wanted to have my own business. in 2015 I took the plunge and finally did it! I have never looked back and I cant wait to see where i can go with this opportunity!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am easy going and friendly person. My past customers told me that I worked well with them and their needs. I aim to please and I will go out of my way to give the customer what they want.
My prices are competitive and my service is second to none.
