I dealt with Abi when booking transport for a companies Christmas Party. Abi was brilliant beat the quotes I had received from other companies and booked it via a link to a payment page which was fast and easy. Confirmation came through within an hour or so - Abi called the day of the event to confirm all the details and the drive arrived on time - Abi called after the event to make sure the transport ran smoothly. Superb service from the Manchester Cabzilla bookings office and driver. Abi, the bookings manager, was extremely helpful, very thorough and totally reliable - felt reassured that the booking had gone ahead and was secure. We booked a 14 seater minibus for our wedding group. Our schedule included a few different journeys throughout the day, with different timings and pick-ups, and the driver was always present on time (in fact, always waiting for us), very pleasant and thoughtful, very flexible.We found the Cabzilla service in Manchester to be excellent - totally reliable and second to none. Stopped off for toilet break for us also. Easy payments with confirmation sent us next half hour. Very kind professional gentlemen dealing with me who even had the decency to follow up with curtesy call after business was done, nice touch and would not hesitate to use cabzilla again. More...

The drivers were very friendly and always on time (usually arrived well before time and were happy to wait as long as needed).
