Very Friendly and polite. I don't think they were familiar with my type of oven as you are not supposed to use cleaning solution on base of oven. as far as I can remember this supposed to be self clean oven but I cannot remember how you do it. C&K have cleaned my house for over three years - they do a good, reliable job and are pleasant and totally trustworthy. I sometimes request extra bits to be done and this is always taken on with a smile. They are even good with the dog!
