I have recently set up a company and obviously needed a website. There were so many companies out there and the whole process seemed a nightmare.
I am so happy I decided to go with BWAR. Not only did they develop my website but also designed my logo for the business. Nothing was to much trouble for Matt on the logo front. He was so patience as he understood how important it was for me. Matt also designed my leaflets which look great and have already started to get me work.
After the logo was designed I was assigned Sam, as the person who was going to develop my website. From start to finish he was just superb, methodical, efficient and most importantly, for me, understanding to what image I wanted to portray to my customers. The service has been great and the fact you can actually pick the phone up and speak is so refreshing.

BWAR are a very professional and creative company! I needed a logo for my rounders team and with no hesitation they mocked up their ideas and sent them my way very quickly and efficiently!
I couldn't have been happier with the result, you could see how skillful the designer was because of how clean and clear the logo came out! The design stayed with the original idea but had a lovely modern edge to it and I absolutely loved it! I have now got them printed on jumpers and t-shirts and I am a very happy customer indeed! :)

Just got a mobile app from BWAR for my local training business. I have been really pleased with it. Its great for letting customers book on to training sessions and for me to send them offers using the voucher code system. What I really like about them is that I have been regular weekly calls with them for the last 2 months to get ideas on the best way to use the app. They have been brilliant. As part of my plan they offer this service for free for the first 3 months to make sure that I get the most out of my app. For anyone who doesn't know much about tech or marketing, defiantely sign up for this option as It makes sure you will actually get a benefit and added value from having it. Describe your creative process.
Our graphic designers usually talk to the client, this enables us to get a feel for what the clients has in their minds eye. If they do not then we discuss various approaches - Corporate, animated/cartoon, friendly, enabling us formulate an approach to design and layout.
If this doesn't yield results or for larger projects our creative team will get together for a brainstorming session, this garners the results we are looking for allowing us to return to client with a number off options.

Taking a concept, just a twinge of an idea and turning that into a website or mobile app. Helping our customers to make an impression online and grow there business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for Blue chip corporations decision making processes are slow, rules and structures were not always the right fit for each customer, building a business that can deal with customers on an individual basis, with distance being no object in todays digital world. Price and service, if a client has £150 to invest in their business then I want to help and work with them, if someone has £15,000 we help and work with them. I wanted customers both locally and nationally, we have clients who are literally down the road from us as well as spread over numerous countries and 3 different continents!

When we started we grew a tad to quickly, our communication wasn't the best, we learnt. A lot of companies can build websites. We communicate effectively with our customers, keeping them up to date with the project, taking feedback and making amends, we work tirelessly to turn what you have in your minds eye into the reality of a website or mobile app.
