What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and really enjoy seeing the progress people can make through counselling to happier and healthier lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to help people and to have a good work life balance to help me to be better at my job.
Why should our clients choose you?
I may not be the right fit for everyone but I have worked successfully with many people and have seen them experience positive changes through the therapy. I am passionate about what I do and I enjoy working in a client led way.
Counselling
Face to face, online or telephone counselling for children, young people and adults. Working with trauma, vicarious trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, loss and grief, burn out and a number of other issues.
Clinical Supervision
Providing supervision to those in the helping professions, mainly counselling and psychotherapy to ensure safe and ethical practice. I do offer a student rate for trainee counsellors.
