I have used Mr. Buyuksayar's services while recruiting for a variety of interim and permanent positions for my production company. I must say that I was delighted with his integrative approach, taking it not only as a recruitment job but more like a business project, delivering a service packed with details from ameliorating our processes to improving our employer profile with extensive and surprising advices. He delivered clear, compact and easy to understand reports which definitely eased our recruitment processes. I was also impressed by his "to the point" questions to applicants during the interviews, which I believe were really filling the points we could have easily missed otherwise. SELECTION

The first round of interviews is aimed at measuring compliance with the candidate’s critical competencies, expectations from the position and organisational dynamics. In this direction, we are conducting competency-based interviews in line with the competencies defined at your position before (if any).

After the preliminary evaluations, we organise the interview of candidates with the people you request at your company.

ON-BOARDING

We are managing the process of job offering to candidates who have been given a recruitment decision, and we provide the communication until the contract signing period.
