Natasha is a very empathetic coach and has very good listening skills. She asks the right questions and is very thoughtful. These have been developed both in her client facing roles in banking and her lecturing career and more recently via additional training and accreditation in this specialist area. She is comfortable undertaking her coaching and counselling + support services by a variety of channels , including phone, over the web / by VC and in person. I am looking forward to working more deeply in the coming months with her. I can strongly recommend her . More...

My first meeting with Natasha was in Southampton. I found her very friendly. I received fantastic coaching and I was helped to focus and achieve personal goals, I had been wanting to develop further but I had been struggling to meet. I would not hesitate to recommend Natasha and look forward to working with her again in the future. More...

Q&As

Helping people to be the best they can be is the most rewarding and satisfying part of what I do.

Having been made redundant from the Corporate world of Banking and turning 40 in the same year I knew I wanted to make a change. I saw this as a great opportunity to follow my passion and do something where I would get great job satisfaction as well as build a new career whilst helping people reach their goals too.

Although I am new to the world of coaching, counselling and helping work, I have always had a passionate belief that we can help others be the best version of themselves partly through our own life experiences as well as learning the theory behind coaching/counselling. I have put this into practice with clients over the past months as well as recently being able to give back to the community through the NHS Royal Volunteering Service as a check in and chat provider during the Corona Virus epidemic.

The open and honest setting of coaching, counselling and helping work allows a safe environment whereby the client/helpee can be themselves and can work on any part of their life that they wish, be it goal setting, self confidence, the list is endless.

It is important that the client knows they already hold all the skills and tools they need to overcome life's challenges but sometimes we all need a little help to bring them out of ourselves. I personally enjoy seeing the growth journey of an individual from the first session to the last.

Services

This will cover all aspects of life coaching and reaching goals set by you. It can be centred around your own personal growth or linked to a professional career progression plan or both.

I use person-centered therapy which is a talking therapy wherein you the client do most of the talking, being listened too is just as effective as being talked to so important that you get the chance to have 'you time'. it all about putting you first and focussing on what your needs are. This is done in a non judgemental and empathetic environment.

Using this humanistic approach to counselling and helping work I aim to help you improve and take control of your self-discovery journey whilst looking after your own mental health, wellbeing and self care needs.
