The team were very considerate and understanding given the nature of tbe services required to restore a room following a traumatic event that needed full bio hazard cleaning and disposal. Highly recommended.

Very good customer service from Olga when she came on site to see how the job was going and she gave good advice and offered us the option of using stronger chemicals for any parts of the machine which has not come up as good, which we took the option of and it worked a treat

Silard was lovely and professional. We had an issue with our water supply which meant that a return trip would be required but he was more than accommodating and has already made arrangements.

The cleaner contacted prior to arrival to confirm it was still convenient to call at the agreed time. He explained and showed me what he has done, and once finished asked me to check if I was happy with the cleaning, which I confirmed.
He was very efficient and courteous and completed the work in a shorter time than anticipated.
