Our customers and they way we work. businesshands is not a traditional marketing agency. In fact not one of the team had worked in a marketing agency before joining us. When we started businesshands, instead of asking what should our agency offer, we asked what do our customers need and how can we best deliver it to them? The result is we forge strong, lasting relationships with our customers. We provide clear, jargon-free communication and we define exactly what we're providing and what you can expect from it. Our costs are clear and under your control and we won't tie you into long, painful contracts. We want you to be with us for the long term because you like us and we're good at our jobs and not because you're legally binded to fulfil your contract obligations.

Having headed up sales and marketing for a number of companies, having coached start-ups for free in my spare time and having had a number of start-ups of my own, I realised there were very few marketing agencies that focused on start-ups, SMEs and small budget projects. There were even fewer that offered a quality service. Most wanted to automate all of my processes or outsource my marketing activities to a foreign country. They saw lower budget marketing as simply a tickbox on a marketing checklist rather than something that had to deliver real value to a business. I wanted to set up a marketing agency that could challenge the status quo and that's what we've done.
