I would definitely recommend Lee and his team! They are a cracking bunch of lads but also maintain professionalism through out! They have done a fantastic job advising me through out and completed it with attention to detail. I am absolutely over the moon with the completed job. Our patio receives many compliments from our neighbours, so much so they have also asked Lee to complete their garden project. Fantastic service from start to finish! Would definitely use them again. In a nutshell “never judge a book by its cover”. Lee was utterly charming when he came out to quote us however after hearing nothing from him for weeks when he was supposed to start our drive this Sunday/Monday he eventually responded to a, let’s say “to the point message”. Completely missing the point of “well when were you going to let us know that you couldn’t do our drive and take our hard earned cash!” He responded with “well his company doesn’t revolve around us” He says he’s had a bad back and out of action till after Christmas now but failed to inform us and whilst I understand things are tough for everyone currently his company seem to have had a nice job on since the middle of August (coincidence that our job falls in the midsts of it). I’m all for people making a living however Lee, as you state your company doesn’t revolve around us I’m sure in the not too distant future you may need customers like us. Disgusting customer service, no backbone, no common decency, untrustworthy and if you would like to discuss Lee I’m more than happy to take your call as you didn’t answer any of ours. We will however take your advice and “find someone else to do our job” However thank you Lee, so glad we didn’t hand over our money to you and your company More...
