Bump and Beyond are highly experienced and qualified experts in the Health, Fitness and Wellbeing of Pregnant women, Postnatal Mums and Mums later into Motherhood.

We are a Wiltshire based company who provide bespoke Exercise, Nutrition and Wellbeing services to Pregnant women and Mums and cover Swindon, Marlborough, Aldbourne, Highworth and surrounding areas.

Services offered include; Individual and small group Personal training sessions, bespoke Pregnancy and Postnatal fitness and strengthening programmes, weight loss and body fat reduction programmes, Pelvic floor and Core Abdominal strengthening, Posture analysis, Diastasis Recti checks, fitness testing, body fat analysis, plus Nutritional advice. Online programmes also available.

Bump and Beyond was established in 2013 by Owner and Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist Polly Simpkins. Polly is also a highly experienced Sports Scientist, Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Physiologist whose main priority is improving the health and wellbeing of her clients and patients.
