Working with Rob now for quite a while I wanted someone who could customise my training and nutritional needs as my weight loss had been achieved so my next stage needed guidance.

My personal circumstances changed suddenly and I had to travel aboard for an extended period of time. Not wanting to give up on a badly needed post-lockdown fitness drive, I approached Rob to see how he could support me. We asked Rob to create a remote training plan for us, which he has done using the TrueCoach app to fit our circumstances. We have not tried personal training before, and having someone knowledgeable setting goals and monitoring progress really worked for us . I started training with Rob in May 2021, because I wanted to join the Army reserves.
But I hadn’t step foot into a gym for over a year.
As my self-confidence had completely gone and my motivation there was lack of.
My first session with Rob was awesome, he made me feel at ease and was really thorough with the nutritional plan and what I wanted to achieve. Not just to Join the Army reavers but I need too lose weight .. 4 stone in fact !! As I was 14.5stone .
Rob’s detail nutritional plan set me up on the right track to achieve my goals at a realistic pace. Which was tailored to me and my life style.
Each workout session there was say something different and was well explained .
I have now been training with Rob for 4months now and my self confidence and motivation is higher than ever . And I generally feel fitter and healthier.
Now 3.5 stone down in 4months and have passed my Military selection and also learn the technique of deadlifting .. which I never thought I would be able to do as weights used to scare me.
There has never been a session where I’ve left feeling like I haven’t achieved sometime. I’ve turned up to a PT session with a smile and left a Pt session with a smile . I will be continuing training with Rob as I highly recommend him and just want to say a massive thank you Rob

A tailored plan that is designed and delivered around your goals and aspirations! After an initial consult we will devise a plan to be delivered in our converted Gym.
In addition to the 1 on 1 Training you will receive Nutrition Guidance and an "At Home Training Plan" via the True Coach app.
Online Coaching Plans
Online Coaching to meet those goals and aspirations and will work around the equipment you have available and the time you have on a weekly basis to undertake your training.
There is a weekly catch up with the coach to ensure you are staying on track and to address and issues.
In addition you will receive Nutrition Guidance.
