Disappointed Customer
Very disappointed with the service. Food was acceptable but the customer service was rock bottom. Given specific allergy advice to work with which was completely ignored. Didn't serve things we paid for. Rude staff. Can't recommend. More...

We had the most amazing hot and cold buffet for our wedding on 19/10/19. The food was so tasty, well presented and just delicious.
Ian and Chris are so professional, friendly and passionate about what they do. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about the food and Ian and Chris. They add so much more than a catering service they add a family feel yet so professional. You would be crazy not to have them do your buffet. I was a bride with a 101 jobs to do but whenever I contacted them they got back to me swiftly and reassured any concerns you have as a bride. The cost was great and really exceeded the standards to what they charge.
I would recommend them 110% and will always use them if I have another party in the future.

We were absolutely delighted with the set up, food and service for the second year running. The team were polite, efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Wouldn't hesitate to book you again next year. Thanks for everything!
The lads were ever so good, they stayed an extra 2 hours and put up with the drunken madness of the gang well beyond the expected time!
Please pass on our thanks to them and the invoice to us.

Firstly, thank you for stepping in at such short notice and saving the day! I'll definitely be in touch with you guys first if we have future events where catering is required.
Everyone said the food was fantastic and it went down a treat. Positive reviews all round.
The only thing I'd mention is that the caterers were going to take the leftover food away when they left, and I thought that was a bit strange as we'd paid for the food. They left it at the venue in the end but I think there was a bit of a debate over it!
Anyway only a minor quibble, overall it was spot on.

Hi Ian and Chris,
Just wanted to say a massive thank you for providing the BBQ at our wedding. We have had many people say how nice the food was and that they all had plenty to eat.
You did a great job providing everything we asked for, including the special dietary requirements. Everything was also ready for the time we requested, which made everything go smoothly on our special day.
Apologies again for the wasp incident. We had no idea it was there. Thanks for soldiering on and contributing to a really special day.

Thank you very much for your concern, thankfully it turned out to be just ligament damage so fingers crossed not too long a recovery!
With regards to the bbq, it was fab, thank you so much! The food went down a treat and the fact it was all done in a field with no power/water supply was an added bonus as it meant we could have the bbq in our glamping area as opposed to in the communal area of the campsite. The wide variety of choices for our menu meant we were able to satisfy all tastes for our large hen party.
Good luck with your expansion plans! We are based in Essex so not sure you come down all this way but will be sure to keep you in mind for future events.

Thank you for an excellent buffet/barbecue. It was a special birthday celebration for my wife and I was anxious, with so many family attending, that anything short of perfection would be subject to criticism.
I need not have worried. Ian and Rob did a first class job. The food was delicious - freshly cooked and tasty (not dry and overcooked, so typical of many of the bbq's I have attended). We had steamed salmon, spicy chicken and lamb cutlets. All our guests enjoyed the food.
Ian arrived early in order to set up the cooking and serving area. The end result was extremely professional.
Thank you. We would have no hesitation in booking you again. You offer excellent value as well as excellent service.
