I am a young chef from Istanbul. With 5 years of experience in 5 star Hotels along side very well recognized executive chefs, I am confident to create the scrumptious and lavish buffet experience for you.
My menu is an infused example of Turkish & Middle Eastern and French under tones.
I am specially good at hot & cold finger buffet and canapes for weddings and currently taking weddings from January onwards. Please make a request of a sample menu. Also bespoke /tailor made menu can be created.
