What makes a great website?
Simple!
Capture the attention immediately - you only have a few seconds to do this, otherwise the visitor is gone (to your competitor), most likely never to return.
Secondly, ENGAGE! Answer the 'needs' or 'requirements' of your visitors with clear cut, no jargon straightforward language. How can you help?
Then give a very good reason to contact you, a compelling reason even (if that's what you want your visitors to do), and make it EASY to do so.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
There are many questions to be answered to get the website just right for your business & any good web designer will go through these with you.
Critically though... and it may sound like an obvious question with an obvious answer, but I can assure you it's not always... What do you want the website to do for you, what is it's primary, or even sole purpose? That's such an important starting point for you to consider!
What do you love most about your job?
I'm not a 'Hoodie' & Red-Bull type of designer that locks himself away in a dark room in front of a large screen, blinking in the sunlight when I emerge, no, not me!
I love engaging with my clients, finding out how I can help them & taking a project from initial conversation through to completion, making it count & making a real difference to my clients businesses. A website is not the Holy Grail of business, but not done properly, it can not only hold your business back but actually push it back. I love identifying how I can help your business & making that happen.

Several reasons, but primarily to be able to do the right things for my clients on my terms, swiftly & accurately.
With over over 25 years experience in Marketing and Account Management, I can now focus on helping small businesses get more customers, achieve more sales & make more money.
