Brumilda is amazingly good to preform massage. The environment she set up was calming, soothing and it made me relax. I felt so much better afterwards, relaxed and pain free in my muscles. Even more so the following day and she also advised me to drink plenty of water to flush out any toxins that may have build up and was released in my body.
