Used these guys for London Heathrow 4 weeks ago, excellent service. Then for the return pick up 2 days ago, little more complicated judging the pick up time and traffic, but all worked out well. Good drivers and very obliging.

Our driver met us on time, was cheerful and friendly, and assisted with our baggage. The drive was pleasant, with some narration regarding the sights. I’ve been using brownhill cars for a long time now and I think it’s time I give my opinion on this company’s service. I would like to thank everyone for their great service and the time management the company is able to stick to by being always on time in clean cars around a very friendly invironment I could not recommend another taxi company more than brownhills cars. The owners of the company are also very great people always friendly polite and willing to help in any way they can, even down to picking you up from the middle of nowhere at any time. The prices are very reasonable and in many cases even better than other taxi ranks especially on long distances. Absolutely amazing service from brownhills cars, good prices and I like there new system where you receive a text confirmation of your booking and also a text to say the taxi is on the way with a link of a map to see where and how long your taxi will be and also a text to say they are outside and what type of car it is makes you feel safe and secure they also are very polite and can have a good chat along the way and also help you out with your shopping, can not fault brownhills cars!
