Disappointed and let down. The cleaner left before finishing without letting us check. The manager said that the cleaner is not picking up the phone and there’s no one that wants to come back so we got £50 back to finish ourselves. Dear Gabi I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the cleaning experience you had with BIS LTD. I have now had a chance to investigate your experience and the review you have left us on Bark. You booked and end of tenancy cleaning with carpet shampoo. The feedback I received from our team: 1. This flat was not prepared for an end of tenancy cleaning. The move out had not actually occurred such that the flat was over loaded with your personal belongings, making it difficult for our team to clean. The beds, sofas and furniture were loaded with items making them extremely heavy to move for cleaning. The flat was loaded with suitcases and boxes making it almost impossible for the staff to clean. A team of 4 members were deployed for this job however we are not movers and our team is not responsible for moving your personal belongings. This wasted our cleaning time when it came to moving belongings and items around so that the team could actually clean. 2. We always allow for human error hence we provide a 48 hour guarantee on the clean. I understand that some areas of the flat were not cleaned thoroughly and the staff had fed back due to having to move around loaded heavy furniture as the flat was not empty they had overstayed as it is. 4 cleaners cleaned for 3 hours each (total of 12 hours of cleaning). We were more than happy to arrange a free re clean within 48 hours of the booking. Unfortunately you were not able to avail the free re clean due to your own personal circumstances such that you were leaving the property the next day and did not wish to avail the 48 hr guarantee. 3. We are not liable for any faults in the cleaning if you do not avail the 48 hr guarantee on the clean which is entirely free of cost. Despite this as a good will gesture we offered you a £50 refund because you were adamant you did not want a free re clean. This is not our company policy and we would not normally provide any refunds if the free re clean is declined by yourself. However as a first time customer we offered you this as a good will gesture. We always strive to provide good customer service and our teams are dedicated and highly trained. Unfortunately in the instance where customers do not make the correct bookings such as in this case you required movers and packers prior to the end of tenancy we cannot guarantee the outcome of the cleaning. It is very difficult for cleaning staff to clean a flat which is overloaded with suitcases, furniture, personal belongings, boxes, baby items that will be removed and hence not a part of the actual clean. We hope you were satisfied with the £50 refund which was a gesture of good will from BIS LTD. Kind Regards, BIS LTD

I have been using BIS cleaning services for some time now and have been really pleased with their service. They provide a 5 star personalised cleaning service. I have always easily been able to do my bookings, changing time days, and payments all done so smoothly. The most hassle free booking service.

I have been using BIS LTD for regular domestic cleaning. The team is reliable and professional. Cleaning is to a very high standard. I have never been given a reason to be unhappy or complain. I have also used them for end of tenancy cleaning for my other properties and they offer great low prices and clean so well. My cleaner has always arrived on time and sometimes even brings her own microfibre cloths!
I will be staying with BIS for ongoing cleaning.

I have booked regular domestic cleaning with BIS LTD and found it a wonderful company. They are professional, booking is easy, payment and cleaning all run smoothly.
The cleaning standards the company aims for is high and when my regular cleaning was on holidays her cover was equally professional and cleaned to an extremely high standard. I found the team approachable at any time of the day and had direct contact with them. I have recently had a deep clean of my fridge and oven and this was added on to my domestic cleaning at a very reasonable rate of £14/hr each. I find their prices are affordable compared with others who charge much higher including those cleaners who do not even come through a company.
