What do you love most about your job?
Qigong is a passion for me as are the related arts of Tai Chi, Shiatsu and Seiki.
What inspired you to start your own business?
From the benefits and experiences that I had from Tai Chi and Qigong I felt inspired to share these benefits with others so that they might also develop from these whilst for me I felt I could also earn a living alongside my career as a professional Shiatsu practitioner and teacher.
Why should our clients choose you?
The Monday morning class give a boost to start the week.

There are also 3 online Qigong classes each week:
Mondays at 9.45am, or Tuesdays and Fridays at 10.00am , all 75 minutes.
