His experience Is unsurpassed and his passion,enthusiasm & energy delights all, including children that love Ben’s company, knowledge and fun. I recommend all of the Amazing classes that are available for everyone to Learn Cook And Eat.. My boyfriend Henry and I did a private Master Class with Ben to celebrate Henrys 21st Birthday. We had so much fun, learnt so much from Ben who was a delight to cook with! We've ended up taking enough food home to feed us both for the next week (at least!) The whole day was brilliant fun and Lel made the whole thing so easy to book and was so helpful over e-mail organizing everything. We had a fantastic team event yesterday at the Brighton Cookery School. Ben, Alan and Lucy could not have been any more accommodating and we all learnt lots including how to fillet a fish and plenty of little tips and tricks for the kitchen that we will all put to good use. The finale was eating a fabulous three course meal which we had all had hands on was a fantastic end to the day. We had a team event here recently and I can only say what a great time we had. Ben, Alan and Lucy were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Started off with fruit kebabs and freshly baked croissants, then on to preparing our 3-course meal. Learnt the correct way to fillet the beautifully fresh fish delivered earlier, and picked up some very useful tips along the way. Finally eating the end products over a leisurely lunch. Our team event was brilliant. Chef’s ability to teach 10 n’er do wells to cook an amazing 3 course meal which included lobster, lamb a jus to die for and a dark chocolate pudding was a minor miracle! We came here as part of our girls weekend to Brighton....all dressed up in our 1950's swing dresses......we was overwhelmed with what a great experience we all had and the memories will stay with us forever! Ben & his staff were great and made the experience a great laugh and enjoyable......we made a victoria sponge and roulade ....we split ourselves into 4 groups and as much as we all got competitive we had the best time.
