I came to Bridget suffering with anxiety and severe depression. She quickly understood my difficulties and was able to shed some light on some recurring unhelpful patterns I had established and how to shift them. She is very professional and has the ability to gently challenge you where necessary. More...
I began seeing Bridget after finding out I was pregnant and losing my mum in the space of a couple of months. Bridget's approachable, open and kind manner made it very easy for me to feel at ease sharing my difficulties and speaking openly about them. Bridget's calm and personal way of working made it easy for me to trust her, and her experience in counselling helped me to understand myself better and gave me the self belief I needed to get through a very hard time. I can't recommend Bridget enough, she is a kind and caring professional and as we covered a lot of 'topics', I can honestly say that she has a lots of experience in many different areas of counselling covering bereavement, pregnancy, self confidence, family worries and career difficulties.
