I found Bran by chance, and I am very fortunate that I have!I have cirrhosis of the liver. My physical condition had deteriorated so much I could barely lift a kilogram! I worked at it and now can lift and do considerably more BUT! at a cost? My body and mind needed work on. Bran works me and has over a period of time helped my rotation, flexibility and aches that I had. My movement and comfort are so much better. And I know will improve with 'Bran's' assistance. 6 STAR! I've been getting massages from Bran for over a year and a half now, and they've made a huge difference to my quality of life. He is an excellent, very professional massage therapist and I would, and do, recommend him for anything from relaxing to deep tissue massage. His experience and understanding of muscle tension has been instrumental to relieving muscle stresses from many types of activities, whether it be from daily desk-working posture stress, from intensive muscle building programme workouts, or demanding sport activity. His flexibility with regard to timings, and the fact that he travels to the appointment, makes it possible for me to accommodate massages into my busy schedule. After 5 heavy workouts a week I get his treatment done on a Friday and it alleviates pain, corrects form, loosens tightness and aids recovery like no other so I'm ready to go again come Monday. He knows his stuff. Go for it!
