Antony came to our house and took his time chatting asking questions and giving sensitive advice to make sure he was able to assess what would need doing and he gave me a competitive quote.
This was all completed with in 24 hours after I had contacted the company.
When the Bradford Brothers team arrived on the day, it was clear right from the start they knew what they were talking about and knew what was needed to complete the job. They worked so hard all day and made sure I was consulted about the next stage when necessary. They did an extremely comprehensive job cutting down very very overgrown hedges which were both high and wide.
I was impressed with many things but mainly, their respect for our home and garden, the care they took to tidy up after themselves and their overall professionalism. All in all I am a very satisfied customer and I would highly recommend this company. All I can say is an excellent team and excellent results.

I dont know whats happened with this place.
The people that own it or run it now, are just rude, unprofessional and haven't ever heard of "customer service". I get that at the moment "you're too busy", as its all you like to tell me on the phone.....but just remember that it doesn't last forever, and then you have to rely on customer service and reputation.....and at the moment its a complete joke. Just remember all the people you've spoke to like crap on the phone while you're busy.......when work gets quiet.

Work seemed ok to start with, but after not too long the gates needed adjusting due to movement, and still don’t seem to have settled, gaps appearing in quite a few joints, seems like they use poor quality wood, as it’s spliting and is quite thin and does not seem good enough for outdoor gates. On this basis I would not use again so could not recommend. More...

Can't thank Paul,Tom,Luke enough for my fencing and gate.They took on a very very very difficult job worked so hard all the time and polite ,cracking guys. From start to finish, the Bradford Brothers have been nothing but fantastic in supplying and fitting my fence and two gates. The initial consultation and measure up was friendly with no pressure selling and honest in the pricing and quality of their products.The installation went without a problem and the lads that came didn't stop all day. They were polite, friendly and supportive of a family bereavement issue that we had to attend to that arose whilst they were working.The end product that we are left with is fantastic quality, solid and looks brilliant. I will recommend Bradford Brothers to all of my friends and family who are looking for work like what Bradford Brothers offer.The most important part of my review is the trustworthy factor of the service I received. Whilst the lads were on site, we had to take our dog to the vets to be put down whilst organising the other work teams that were at our house at the time (we were having a lot of work done in the house)I dropped my wallet that had a lot of money in at the time walking through my garden. There were 12 people on site and if anyone would of put it in their pocket, nobody would of ever known who it was.It was found by a member of the Bradford Brothers and returned to me intact and with everything still there .... for me, that single act speaks a thousand words.Can't recommend them enough. Very happy with service - Friendly, reasonably priced and the gate was exactly what I wanted. It was a 5 bar farm gate fitted over a sloping drive so not an easy job, but expertly done. Was really pleased that they took the old broken gate away too, they also charged exactly what they quoted and did the job a week ahead of schedule! Great company to do business with!
