Brad is amazing at what he does, so encouraging when you think you can’t push yourself any harder he makes you believe you can

Brad is the most positive and encouraging PT you’ll find! He always goes out of his way to make exercise fun and to make you feel like you’re achieving. He really listens to what you want to gain from a session or support you in injury recovery. I teach yoga so have to build in strength training into my program which has really helped me to achieve all round strength/flexibility balance. I’ve also had injuries over the years and he’s given me additional inspiration to physios. If you’re thinking about getting a PT or it’s the first time exercising he’s definitely the PT to see. Also being a footballer himself he has great all round understanding of the body in movement. I’ve found in the past PTs that just train in the gym don’t always relate to other sporting disciplines. Brad has helped me over the last 5 years work through previous injuries as well as helping train me to cope with the all the G-forces of driving my race car. Couldn’t recommend him enough to get your goals. You will hate him for the pain but love him for the results he will get you More...
