Our coaching is a reactive process, which means getting you setup on a framework that suits you and then adjusting it based on how well you’re doing. Using regular communication with your coach, we look at performance, physical changes and wellbeing scores to help you continue to see progress towards your goal.
Metabolism Testing
Using state of the art equipment, the resting metabolic rate test determines how many calories your body burns at rest, which will help you us provide you with an accurate assessment of your daily calorie needs to lose, maintain, or gain weight. As well as the metabolic test, you also receive a full report and nutrition prescription based on your results.
VO2 Max Test
What is it? A VO2 test assesses an athlete’s aerobic capacity.
Why is it useful? This information can help determine h ow aerobically fit you are and can be used to establish heart rate training zones.
Who is it for? Anyone who wants to assess their current aerobic fitness levels and improve their endurance performance.
Fat Max Test
What is it? The fat max test is an exercise protocol that measures the use of carbohydrate and fat for energy.
Why is it useful? The fat max test can help determine which intensity of exercise is best suited for increased total fat oxidation (burning).
Who is it for? This can be useful for endurance athletes and individuals interested in body composition.
