I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing service we were given at the weekend from Boudens.

Our coach was booked from Barrow upon Soar to take us to Liverpool for a friends 50th birthday celebrations.

The coach arrived on time, the drive was great and we had a brilliant journey.

I had to call the out of hours on Sunday as I wanted to change the pick up address. I was told to send an email so that it could be forwarded to the driver.

Again the coach arrived at the new pick up point on time and the driver was chatty, friendly and looked after us on our return journey.

I will have no hesitation in using Boudens again in the future and will certainly be recommending the Company. More...

Excellent service ! Beautiful and clean minibus with excellent air conditioning and comfortable leather seats for 8 of us to our trip to the belfry! The driver was on time and was already waiting for us for our return home which was great service. Not only this but the quotation was an excellent price and beat other competitors quotes by a long way. Communications are quick and responsive and booking is really simple and easy to do online.
I had never used bouden before however I certainly will do again. All guests to the event we were going to complemented the service of travel we received.

I needed to move 10 people around the South UK on 3 separate days on our vacation in the U.K. I had no idea where to book. I was fortunate that Bouden showed up early in a Google search. I booked 3 trips over 3 days.

2 x 10 to 16 seater trips.
1 x transfer to Heathrow 1 person (one had to get back for work!)

Vehicles were easily able to accommodate 1 standard airline checked bag and carry on for 10 people
Drivers kept to posted limits and were precise in their driving,

Excellent service from start to finish. Booking was easy and the booking staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. We upgraded our booking based on the information provided but at no point did they push the upgrade.

The day before travel I was provided with driver details and a contact number.

Our driver was super friendly. Arrived on time joined in some of the general chat during the journey. He was very courteous, asked to divert when the traffic became bad which was appreciated as we were always aware of what was happening.

What an excellent service provided from start to finish, my whole journey was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff in the office really looked after me and kept me well informed, the driver was fantastic and helped load and unload all of our luggage.
