Yuri is a great PT. He spent time during the consultation discussing goals, diet, current fitness/ exercise status in depth. The sessions are all tailored to achieve personal goals. Virtual sessions have been fantastic - Yuri monitors form very closely to ensure all exercises are safe and effective. Each session is different and there is progression of exercises every session. Since starting sessions, I have seen progress in body shape and strength. Dietary advice and monitoring is also offered.
