What a fun night we had! We were sent a whole selection of Crisis Cocktails delivered to the door as a surprise , and they were so delicious and fun! We had an impromptu ‘lockdown dance party’ in the lounge while we sipped on Negroni’s , Sex On The Beach and Hinckley Ladies! Myself and a colleague attended The Gin School today and wow what a fabulous experience from start to finish. Sally was so welcoming and presented us with there very own Bond Street Distillery signature Gin served with tonic which was beautiful and smooth. Ed who is the Distiller was so passionate and very knowledgable, he made the session so much fun as well as being extremely informative. We even got to create our own Gin by choosing our own blends and ingredients and got to name and label our bottle of gin and take it away at the end to enjoy. The bar, gin school and function room are very impressive with quirky fixtures and fittings and fabulous decor, even down to the detail in the toilets. A fabulous addition to Hinckley, I would highly recommend you pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed. More...

Wonderful experience and a great afternoon courtesy of Edward who kept us all entertained with his vast knowledge of the making of the liquid we all drink and enjoy. The end result ..... your very own recipe bottle to take home. Makes a great present for someone or a hen party maybe. Had a really great evening here last night with my husband making our own gin at the gin school after a tour of the site where they make their own gin (which is my current favourite). The interior design of the place is absolutely beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the selection of G&T means theres something for everyone. The staff were so busy but still took the time to make everyone's drinks perfectly ❤️ and with a lovely demeanor. The owners were extremely present, getting stuck in with the staff and entertaining guests; a personal touch we don't see often in Hinckley. I have visited Bond Street Distillery on a few occasions now with friends, and also taken family, and everyone has loved it! What's not to love?! The staff are all super friendly and really looked after us, the drinks are so delicious, the atmosphere is classy and the decor is just absolutely beautiful.
