Had an amazing learn to lift class with Zuza learned to lift even motivated to create a personal record with deadlifts. She was quite patient and encouraging, she made the lifting fun which built some confidence to this more often 😊

I can definitely recommend Zuza, I started PT session as it is something have wanted to do for a long time to build up my strength. I was a little nervous about it, but Zuza made me feel at ease and was so friendly. During my sessions I have learnt lots of new exercises and Zuza has been focused on pushing me to my max, I was surprised I could lift as much as I could. From the sessions I have been able to practice what I have learnt in the gym on my own, and my confidence in doing this is growing more and more. Since I started working with Zuza thank to her expert guidance I managed to lose 25 kgs she knows exactly what I need to work on I've got pcos and she knows how to work around that she's always guiding me about nutrition and she introduced me to keto which really helped with my hormone imbalance I've got my menstrual cycle back for the first time in 3,4 years she's always teaching me new exercises which keeps every session fresh she makes me feel very comfortable in the gym I could barely walk for even for 10 minutes 5 months ago now I can lift 55 kgs all thanks to Zuza I give all the credit of my progress to her I highly recommend her 💖

Zuza is a very knowledgeable instructor in both diet and physical training issues. She is encouraging and positive and pushes you to achieve much more than you would if you just had a go on your own. I was quite shy and without confidence about going to gym, that’s why I’ve looked for PT help. Definitely was the best decision and choice made as this changed now a lot. I go to Zuza's classes at Pure Gym and she is an amazing instructor. Very motivational and gives alternate exercises if there is something you can't do. It indeed is a pleasure writing this review for Zuzanna ! She has been my fitness coach for few months now - She has contributed significantly in helping me gain strength, improved overall fitness levels, losing inches and yes showing the movement on the weighing scale, which for me had been stagnant for quite some time now. She handholds you through your transformation journey at every step, being your trainer to tell you what's right to do and how to be done, to help push you defy your own limits, break your own barriers mostly mentally conceived and boost your morale whenever you feel like giving up. She has been there for me at literally anytime of the day - easily approachable on phone, IM etc whenever I have questions or even just when I need a bit of boost. Zuza takes the time to listen to what your requirements are and then tailor make a training programme to suit . She is super patient and pushes you just enough so that you work harder - but not enough to put you off! I have been working with Zuza for about 9 months. As a mature woman (60+) it was with some trepidation that I entered the gym for the first time. However Zuza has been amazing! Kind, calm and competent she has gradually led me through the last few months and now I have lost a stone in weight, my balance and core strength have vastly improved, we have worked on weight bearing to improve my bone density and I feel so much better and more energetic. I would definitely recommend Zuza, i started my PT sessions to help me get fitter and to deal with my chronic low back pain. 7 weeks in and I feel so much better, my back pain has reduced significantly. I have just completed 3 weeks intermittent fasting and class training 💪 Feel like new born on the spring time ☀️ some note: The class I attended didn't promise hell of a workout, but I guess the warm up was designed to mislead me, cause I had enough sweat on within the next 10 minutes. 🥵 So happy when done, feel successful man 💪 and the little pain on the muscles next day keep me awake! Having entered my seventh decade I realised that I no longer had the strength, stamina or balance that I once had. Add to that a diagnosis of osteopaenia (low bone density) and a couple of broken bones I decided it was time for action! I signed up for PT sessions with Zuza, donned some Lycra and walked into a gym for the first time in my life with more than a little trepidation. I needn’t have worried. Zuza is amazing. She has a gentle manner and a lovely sense of humour. She seems to know exactly how far to push me and after a month I can already feel the difference in my core strength and balance and am doing things I never dreamt I would be able to do. You need to look no further if you are looking for a PT. Zuza is an excellent trainer, professional, friendly and committed to helping her Clients meet their aspirations and goals. My fitness and health for many years had been neglected, with my career and family taking priority. Recognising I needed to do something about my health and fitness I joined a gym. After six months despite my commitment, energy and time I was not seeing the benefits I expected and was still gaining weight. After a chance conversation with Zuza and a handful of sessions the benefits of a PT became clear. Zuza is an excellent motivator and her PT sessions are carefully planned and demanding. She has a positive attitude, is not judgemental and has a patient and kind approach, recognising your limits, while continuously pushing you to your maximum. Zuza’s drive and enthusiasm are infectious. My transformation has been remarkable. I set myself at the start some ambitious targets (which in honesty I did not expect to meet) and with hard work and Zuza’ coaching and encouragement I have made amazing progress. Have you ever stumbled into something and then later wondered why didn’t I do this before? Getting a PT was not on my agenda. I went to the gym and was keeping myself "fit". By chance I met Zuza, had a taster PT session and have gone on from there. The sessions with Zuza are varied, tailored to suit you and your goals and delivered in a positive, patient and enjoyable manner. I have now been attending regular sessions with Zuza for some time and have been very pleased with the marked improvement in my fitness and overall well-being. Having never used a PT before,(never thought I would need to!) I decided to give Zuza a try as I was really struggling with motivation to get myself to the gym, or exercise. It was clear after my second session that this was exactly what I needed. Zuza clearly understood what I needed from my sessions. I’ve been training with Zuza for several months now and each session is different and varied. And though I’m pushed to my limits, the exercises are demanding but rewarding too. I have definitely seen an increase in my fitness levels, my motivation and more importantly my blood pressure has returned to an acceptable level. I have a holistic approach to fitness and health and I teach that to my clients in a structured way. It still involves lifting, going to gym or working out at home!
Outdoor training is also available.

I had my own weight gain and weight loss ups and downs. I loved sport but after becoming a mum to my 2 kids I couldn't stand to look at myself and felt uncomfortable in my body. I hated the insulating layer around my stomach, so as soon as my youngest went to nursery I turned all my focus on to regain the body I had before and even improve. My desire was also fuelled by my relationship breakdown so I not only wanted to look good, but also stand strong, confident and self sufficient.

I succeeded dropping 12kg/2 stones! I fell in love with regular visits to gym and good nutrition and that made me confident that I can teach others how to find the way to get their body back too. I went on to study further personal training, and nutrition to serve others like me before.

If you're looking for someone shouting at you while you train it won't be me, I am a calm and patient person.
I will encourage you and make sure you perform exercises with the right technique and to your best ability.
And you will see the progress without the noise!

Yes, I work with my clients online too. You will have a choice of video call personal training, video programme to follow, livestream classes and nutrition coaching.

We moved to remote training mostly so we are keeping definitely safe distance.

At the gym everyone disinfects hands and wipes down the kit, so everyone has their part in it and feels the common responsibility. We are all in it together!

1-2-1 personal training available now at Pure Gym Reading Calcot and through a video call.

After filling a detailed lifestyle questionnaire You will get a tailored to your needs exercise programme and a nutritional guide to follow. You will be walked through every exercise with video tutorial and key cues.
The programme will be adjusted if you have knee, back or upper limb problems. You can expect a thoroughly professional service with a review every 2 weeks.

Nutrition coaching will help you find your own unique nutritional habits that work for your optimal health and fitness.
You will also find what training is most suitable for you. You'll learn a variety of training techniques and approaches by following your periodized training programme.

Structured meal guide, online coach and a full package of supplements and recipes for daily support to kick start your healthy lifestyle.
