Hello, I'm Paul Edgar, an experienced Personal and Group Fitness Trainer based in the North East of England.

I was born in Gateshead and enjoy living life in the region as it's such a picturesque and vibrant place. I have my own fitness studio in the Ouseburn Valley, Newcastle, which caters for women’s personal and small group training.

I signed up for the 28 day challenge last Summer and loved it. Have since followed Paul to where he is based now. I love the results and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and dedicated trainer

Just completed 28 days Body Weight Training Challenge and I have to say it was brilliant. Paul is a professional who will show you right techniques and encourage you to make a change. I have worked out muscles that I didn't know even existed and always felt amazing at the end of the session. Comparing to others pricing is so affordable you cannot not to give it a try!!! Paul is an excellent trainer; would recommend his classes to anybody whatever your current level of fitness. A great place to train in a relaxed and friendly environment but where you will really see the results if you put the effort in.

Great friendly place to work out with like minded, down to earth women. Just completed the 28 weight training challenge and absolutely loved it, not only did I get some great results, I've met some fab ladies, had fun learning how to work out with weights and the benefits, and have become fitter, stronger and more confident. Paul does a great job guiding and pushing you to achieve your goals, whilst being patient too. This is only the start for me and will be continuing on with weight training with Paul and the other ladies in the group. Just completed the 28day challenge!!!could recommend this to any one!!!like most I was bit nervous going on my own,but after the first session I already felt like one of the group! !i had never done anything like this before and was a total beginner but even as a group the challenge is tailored to you and you will be surprised at what you can achieve!!i plan to continue as it's important to remember there is no quick fix,hopefully a lifestyle change for me!!!✌️ More...

For just getting going in a new location after moving twice in the last few months it's all coming along nicely. It's a great place with no mirrors everywhere and folks checking their hair ever 5 mins! The new classes starting up should provide nutrition advice for your goals- weight loss/gain/muscle building etc. Don't be afraid of weight lifting, you won't end up 'butch'!! Just lift what you feel comfortable with and build up at your own pace. It's a great atmosphere and loads of classes to attend!! Looking forward to the bounce class More...

I've worked with Paul for almost 6 years, he is one of the most genuine people i have met. He is nothing but helpful, patient and supportive to the women who have come through his doors over the years to train, work out and get in shape. There is never a dull moment during the classes, he always tries to make things fun as well as challenging and adapts workouts to each persons abilities. It's always a shame when one person has a bad experience and puts it straight on Facebook but I suppose that's the negative side of social media. I would just like to say that I have always found Paul to be totally professional and reliable. He works you hard but if you're uncomfortable doing anything you can say and he'll suggest an alternative exercise. Paul's classes are always well prepared and differ all the time so there's no chance of getting into a rut or getting bored. It might not be for everyone but he has many faithful and happy clients. If you stick to it you definitely become stronger and fitter, and a better shape!! More...

Paul is a great trainer who is dedicated to helping women get positive results. The girls who attend are lovely, friendly and great to train with. Paul is dedicated to making his classes as enjoyable amd as challenging as possible. Very different to your run of the mill gym. You have a real sense of a team attending Paul's studio which makes the work outs a lot more fun!
