Just finished my first block of classes with Bryan , never quite thought I would ever get to my target weight but thanks to this PT I did! !! Bryan kept me motivated throughout all my sessions and pushed me at my own rate which is what I needed after going to the gym and completing the same circuits. He gave me some guidance with my diet as well which helped me get to my target ,now for maintaining and toning with a few group sessions.if you haven’t tried a PT I would highly recommend Bryan Menzies More...

What can I say, but this man is a gem and is keeping me on track. After years of the same gym classes he is a breath of fresh air. Keeping me motivated and changing it up every time. All at the same time pushing me and challenging me all the time. Offering advice about nutrition but never judgemental.cant thank you enough. Workout in the comfort of your own home, workplace or public space.

Specialising in hiit training I will create a programme that's right for you're current lifestyle and fitness levels.

Using a food diary I will monitor your food/drink intake and make changes where necessary that are realistic and achievable.

In between personal training sessions I will assign small sessions free of charge for you to do at home or at work.
