Superb practice.Alberto Garcia is a credit to his profession. Very friendly, experienced and professional practitioner with a wealth of knowledge all things sports injury related. Review left by Jo Stewart: I visited Nikki with chronic neck and back stiffness and pain. Within only a few weeks of physio and acupuncture I was sorted. Nikki gave me manageable exercises and always made me feel comfortable and at ease. She made me understand my issues enough to realise how important my home exercises were for my recovery. Just one week before a long haul flight and my back went into spasm . A quick call to my son and daughter inlaw to ask who they used for their sports injuries and i was in touch with Nikki @Bluebellphysio I was able to get an appointment the next day . Just two appointments and some exercises to continue with and i had a very comfortable flight AND the pain was gone within days.
