Needed a new online shop building as our old one was dated. We also required a nice video creating to show off the new shop interior design. Loved the blue whale team and the designers. The video guys where perfect and really understood what we wanted to achieve.Very good company to work with. High standards. Great approach. We are a well established shop based in London. However we have never had a website as we have been focusing on building the business and brand. However we finally decided we wanted to explore the online market. We had a healthy budget for this website and video project.We wanted an Online Shop creating that could contain 5000 products and link into our internal Till systems. We also required Ebay and Amazon store feeds setting up.We wanted a company video creating and 5 short promo videos creating that could be used across all our social media platforms.There was a ton of other features we required as well.We put the project out to 5 Agencies across the country. We had meeting with 3 agencies in total.The reason we picked Blue Whale Media Ltd was the fact that Gary listened to what we wanted from our website. He had a vast understanding as to how we should approach the project. He explained how we should structure the website build. We even learned about putting the basics in place for Google ( nobody else mentioned Trust Flow etc). This was a major reason for picking Blue Whale as our partner. As we just felt certain our meeting we had only covered the website and video creation. We agreed to partner with Blue Whale for our project.Things progressed slowly to start with as we had to collect a-lot of images and content for the design. What we really liked during this process was that the video team worked separate to the website team building our website. I was looking for an agency that had the experience in working with businesses in the cleaning sector as I already had an established website doing well with Google and Yahoo. I wanted to to take the next step and build a website that was more than just a brochure.I had a number of key requirements which the designers and Gary at Blue Whale took the time to listen to. It was great to be able to meet the team and discuss my ideas in person. I had a meeting with Gary and the design team. We went through everything in detail. We talked through how my login area for cleaning staff would work. The creative ideas that the blue whale designers come up with where great and very insightful. The build process was quite quick and allowed me to give feedback on the design, look and feel. This was a really important factor as I did not want a design forced on me. I wanted a new website creating to replace our old broken website. I spoke with Gary at blue whale over the phone. He spent about 45 minutes discussing my objectives and how I wanted to improve the site. Gary was full of knowledge and good advice. I would never have thought I could have a small business promotion video created, as I thought it would be very expensive. However as it turns out the cost for the new website and a promotion video was just in budget. Gary even had the video guys visit our office to do some photos and video. Gary and the Blue Whale Team as a whole provided me with a very good service.I needed everything doing from scratch including my branding and logo etcI had cheaper options however after speaking with Gary in detail about my projects aims and objectives I decided Blue Whale was the company I wanted to to go. Once the build started it was clear I would not have time to write my own content. So I called Gary and he advised they could do the content for me for an extra fee which I found very reasonable.My website was produced within a time frame that we agreed at the start, even after I had an unexpected holiday for 5 days during the build. I was looking for a company to help redevelopment my existing website as my business had out grown the website in its old format. I was contacted by the Blue Whale team and we had some fairly long discussions on how to get the best out of a new website. It was suggested that by rebuilding the website with a brand new design and in a newer version of Woo Commerce I could increase my conversions online. The design team helped with getting the csv to correctly download from my old website as it was coursing some issues. The Blue Whale team then spent time in getting the old csv to play ball with the new system. This took longer than we all thought but they stuck at it and finally we managed to get things working correctly.Blue Whale has also been helpful by taking a closer look at my online marketing campaigns. Blue Whale have just completed building me my new Website for my window cleaning business.I find them online easily as they appeared at the top of google and had an office on my door step. After calling and making an appointment I had meetings with Gary and the design team. They spent time explaining what they offer and how they build a Website. I told them I needed help with content as I wouldn’t have time to write anything. Again this was no issue as they could do this for me at an extra cost.I picked some pictures from a website they gave me and approved the designs and content.The whole process took about 4 weeks and I was kept informed all the time.I can even update my price list myself and blue whale will look after Website security updates. Just wanted to share my experience. I didn’t want just a basic website building as we are an established business and required a more bespoke solution. After searching the Internet I found blue whale and called the office. I approached Blue Whale after searching for a business in my local area that could help me build a website for my business.
