I was never one to look too deep into my health issues, however, after trying a couple of things with no results at all, I was recommended homeopathy by a good friend.
This is when I met Ramona and she conquered me from day one. I was really desperate to fix the ringing in my ears as it also affected my balance. Not to mention my horrid migraines that used completely debilitate me. Photophobia, nausea, digestive issues ,anything you can think of that could affect me for days sometimes, I had it. From someone who didn’t think much about natural remedies to where I am today, I have to acknowledge Ramona’s patience and absolute dedication.
From the day I noticed I no longer had to reach for the Ibuprofen, I no longer had to lie down and pace myself during daytime, I no longer had the horrible dizziness and the migraines that were crippling me, till today, I have used homeopathy with Ramona’s help and guidance. Romona was lovely! So accommodating as During our face time appointment I had to care for my little one, who is 14 months & was quite irritable due to the teething and possibly feeling that in his ears too. She prescribed me something & I was able to pick it up from Helios the next day. She checked in with me that day via message (which I agreed was ok before hand) & personally I thought was just amazing & so comforting, & then checked in on day 3 asking how my son was doing. What inspired you to start your own business?
Parenthood is an eye openner for many of us. Once I was presented with reoccurring health issues for my two children, I just knew that there must be something else that could address the root of the cause for the health issues.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I run an e-clinic and can arrange for video or audio calls. It is a safe place where patients can express themselves freely in an unencumbered environment.
Individual assessment and treatment
E-clinic consultations available including treatment and on-going advice in between appointments. The patient will benefit from a classical homeopathic approach. If any need for subsequent appointments, these will be decided with the professional and all depending on the case merits. The usual interval of follow-up consultations is 4-5 weeks. The duration for treatment will always depend on the type of health condition (acute or chronic). With chronic conditions it may take longer as it is a matter of underlining aspects that will need time, patience and continuous support.
Treatment included
The homeopathic remedies and postage are included in the consultation fees.
Any meal plans are included in the initial consultation package.
Free updates
In between appointment questions and updates are also included in the fees. The patient will have access to an e-mail address and will be replied to within working hours.
Diet and Nutritionism
Diet and Nutritionism plays an important role in our general health, therefore, apart from homeopathic services available in our clinic, one can also benefit from nutritional input that may help alleviate certain health concerns.
We will be providing nutrition education, nutrition screening and counselling when needed. Meal plans can also be offered as a way to support various health concerns, such as weight management, hormonal imbalance, mental and emotional depression, anxiety, sugar cravings/addiction, etc.
