AVOID THIS COWBOY!!
Agreed on a price for a fibre glass flat roof, quote included skip hire, scaffolding , and stripping of old roof.
Also he rang me a few days to tell me he was using a new product (never used before called hydrosil)
Work started on a 3 storey house with just ladders the first day he was up on my roof till 8pm on a dark December evening.
After 2 days work rain started pouring through my bedroom . He is very difficult to get hold of but did come back about 3 times but has not fixed it, water marks have appeared on ceilings in other rooms & my bedroom ceiling will need pulling down and replacing.
He now won't speak to me by phone just sent me a text to tell me there's nothing more he can do, and said I was harassing him because I was going to visit his home to get my key back.
I have now been on company's house website to discover his company was dissolved in October 2019.
A very unprofessional service untidy and disorganised!!

We got the keys to our first house in August and Blue Eagle charged the seller £5,000 to fully re roof the house. We were given a guarantee of work with 10 years on.
But we soon started having problems. IT RAINS IN OUR BEDROOM!! I contacted him and he answered first time and said he would come and have a look. 2 weeks passed and it felt like my calls were being ignored so tried from my wife’s number and he answers first time!! He came and looked at the damage and said he will be back to fix it and that was 5 weeks ago. He doesn’t respond to any calls.
So I got other sets of roofers to look at it. And each one of them said it was one of the worst jobs they had ever seen and more problems than we first thought. Broken tiles, missing mortar, lead valleys with holes in, tiles stop short and don’t overhang the gable end, damaged guttering that hangs off, loose chimney stack, overall bad job. Now I will be paying over £3,000 to get the whole roof re done!
Everyone needs to avoid these cowboys!!

Had a flat roof kitchen extension stripped, re boarded and covered with GRP by Graham and his team. Job went well competitive price, and seemingly very nice people to deal with.
A pitch was built up on joists to stop ponding but soon found this hadn't worked as water can't get over edge strip into gutter which sits up high making the water run back and pond in middle of roof.Topcoat seemed very thin perhaps not enough resin used, Each time rains topcoat seems less visible fibreglass showing through underneath. Six weeks on from job being done roof is leaking through from the ponding area through new roof boards and ceiling into kitchen.
Very disappointed Blue Eagle dont seem to want to know, now faced with getting somebody else out to redo roof. It seems a waste of time effort and money having it done as it hasn't worked and leaks badly.
