It’s the start of a working relationship but I immediately felt very comfortable discussing what I wanted for my designs. Very approachable and keen on a collaborative working relationship rather than trying to sell me a rubbish package deal (if I sign up today !) which unfortunately I got from other people who contacted me. The gentleman who owns the company phoned himself and began immediately on the design brief I had given to help me work out some options before I make decisions.
