This is just a lovely place for a drink and a snack. The decor is superb. The coffee is excellent and the service friendly and warm. I've booked this florist as my wedding flowers! Shardi had a sit down with me after making me a scrummy smoothie and considered thoughts and my mums ideas, she made them better with great recommendations. She completely worked to my budget! Since booking my flowers I've done a spring workshop, which was great value for money and I got to keep a beautiful vase which had my spring flowers in that I arranged. What do you love most about your job?
I love that we can bring a brides vision to life, we have the floral know how to help our clients create exquisite pieces that they will remember forever and that really stand out on their special day. Its also a huge bonus that I get to work with people, customers and my team, its fantastic to have interaction with other creatives everyday and to discuss ideas and plans you have for something new and exciting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Becoming a Mum. I had always wanted to start a Business but had always made excuses as to why I couldn't. After having my son I really took the time to question what direction I want my life to take and finally he was the push I needed to take the leap and control my own future, for myself and my family. Its hard work being a working Mum and no one can quite prepare you for all the endless hours of admin and behind the scenes stuff that seems tedious at the time, but is essential to the smooth running of the business. But the up sides are, becoming a mum has got me accustomed to no sleep, early starts and constant multi tasking, so I'd say I'm the perfect person for the job!
Why should our clients choose you?
I truly believe in working with people who are authentic above all else, I like to get to know each bride individually and really figure out her style and personality. I believe in the personal touches, communicating regularly with brides, visiting the venue together, making sure I'm there for set up and take down to ensure everything runs smoothly, its all the little things that add up to make the big day a success.
