I am Mummy to Lio and Miia and decided to start my own home baking service in January 2019 to satisfy my passion to bake and create yummy things - I am a feeder!
What started off as ‘Bakes by Elysia’ has developed into ‘Bloom Bakes’.

An easy 5 Stars! My new go-to baker for anything cake related.
Elysia was super professional, helpful and friendly at all times.
She baked an absolutely delicious Mango and Lime wedding cake for us during co-vid. We had to stop our guests from gluttony - just to make sure everyone got some, including guests who couldn't make the reception due to social distancing restrictions. The buttercream topping was absolutely to-die-for - not too sweet, just perfect. I sent Elysia a picture of the design we wanted and was impressed that she replicated the design flawlessly. I would re-use and recommend Bloom Bakes in a heartbeat, apart from the cake looking beautiful and tasting delicious, Elysia was always prompt to answer any questions that we had, making the service just as good as the cake.

Look too good to eat, but too tasty not to! We got the box of 4 Easter cupcakes � for ourselves but I’d recommend the Easter basket of 6 as an alternative Easter gift. So pretty!
