Matrimony/Infidelity:
If you suspect a partner is cheating, we may be able to provide you with the evidence you need to prove innocence or guilt of their infidelity. This is usually demonstrated through video evidence gathered during a period of surveillance. We can employ other methods eg. Due Diligence checks to verify their whereabouts on a given date and time. Periodic reports will be provided upon request during the course of the investigation. A full report will be provided upon its conclusion.

Surveillance:
BLM Investigations operate a fully equipped covert vehicle for surveillance. We also use alternative surveillance equipment whereby vehicles are not appropriate. We try to match the equipment to the job and will employ specialist equipment when necessary. Surveillance can be carried out for numerous purposes. Surveillance operatives are deployed to gather evidence and/or information relative to a specific instruction. It is useful in matrimony/infidelity cases, fraud investigations, insurance claims and many more authorised investigations. We will advise you if and when surveillance would be useful in an enquiry. It is a means of obtaining hard, indisputable evidence to assist your cause.

Trace Enquiries:
There are many reasons why you may need to find a missing person.
- The Legal Profession may need to have documents served, trace witnesses, bail abscondees etc.
- A Member of the Public may wish to find a missing relative, friend, business partner, father who owes child support payments etc.
- A Creditor may wish to find debtors or vehicles to repossess in default of payment
- Adoptees may wish to find their natural parents
- A deceased persons estate manager may wish to find potential heirs
The list is endless. We are here to help. On finding missing persons, in some circumstances it may be necessary to seek authority from the person found before releasing details of their whereabouts. If authority is refused we will be able to pass your details on to the found person to enable them to contact you if desired.

Process Serving:
Process to be served can take many forms. It can be legal documents which must be served by a certain date and by a specific method, or it can be any other document that you want to ensure that the recipient has received and have the proof to verify it. All process served will be accompanied by a Statement of Service, an Affidavit of Service or a Certificate of Service, whichever is appropriate. Legal process will be served in compliance with the Civil or Criminal Procedure Rules. All other process will be served in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
