My friend and i went for the first time yesterday. lovely location and lovely place. We felt the service wasn't brilliant for the price we paid for our wine and olives which by the way were both gorgeous. The staff were young which is fine but they lacked manners at time and certainly finesse. If you can get that right with them then you are onto a winner. One of the nicest places local to us, great date night with gorgeous food, good staff, delicious wine and we felt the price was very reasonable for everything that we had. We went for the corner platter which had 3 cheeses, 3 meats and other lovely bits on. British Bravas, a chorizo flatbread and a bottle of merlot... all of that came in at just over £60, bargain! Excellent food and service. Had a special tasting board with a selection of meats, cheese and flatbreads. lovely relaxed atmosphere. Jonathan (one of the owners) gave us information on the products and where sourced. Emma looked after us at the table. I have meetings here regularly with clients from out of the area and every single one says the same, " i wish i had this place on my doorstep."
