What makes a great website?
A great website can be defined by its usability; if it isn't easy to navigate, no amount of animation and "fly-in effects" can make a successful website. All of the websites that we produce, no matter the design style chosen, work to a clear and informative layout that means navigation is seamless for any user. (That sound's like an Apple advert!).
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We believe that the only way a project can be successful is by building a great relationship with our clients from the start. Good old fashioned customer service is so important to our business model, because, without this, there's always something stopping us from working together as best we can.
A few questions we might ask when starting a new web design project are:
1) What type of website, or websites, have you seen previously that you absolutely love?
2) Before we get cracking, is there anything that you would absolutely hate if we included?
3) What's your favourite film? (OK, we've never asked that but it's a good ice breaker!).

We know that there are plenty of other businesses, just like ours who operate here on Bark, and we know also that their work will perhaps be just as good, but what we strive to deliver is the best customer service possible.
We're on the phone any time, day or night and ready to answer a quick text about anything we can help with. Being a small team means we go literally above and beyond any expectations you may have of web design agencies like ours, and our previous customers most definitely agree!

We can provide all our services fully remotely, meaning no matter where you're based in the UK, Black Tiger Creative would have the capacity to work with you. Or, if you're within a 50-mile radius of our Preston based offices (PR4 2EF), we'd love to meet up in person and have a chat. Getting to know each other via email and phone calls is great, but there's not like sitting face to face and planning your next big project!
