We are Sarah and Alexa, friends, who share a lifetime of diverse design experience. Together we have turned our lifelong passion for interior’s and garden design into Black Parrots Studio. We Offer a thoughtful approach to projects, creating personal and inspiring interiors for our clients. At Black Parrots Studio we understand the positive impact a well designed space can have on how you live, work and feel.

FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

Our first visit and consultation is completely free. It is a great opportunity for us to gather information regarding your project and for you to discuss with us what you need.

INSPIRATION

You might be simply looking for inspiration or new ideas on how to update your interiors, if so we would love to help. Using inspirational pin boards and then translating those ideas into Concept Mood Boards and Colour Palettes we can give you the confidence to create your new room! This is always the starting point for larger projects, but we also offer it as a stand alone service.

VISUALISATION

We have found that the more you can see prior to doing any work, the better the results can be! So with that in mind we produce 3d sketches where necessary, alongside visualizations of the rooms. These might include spatial planning, layout plans, lighting plans, bespoke furniture and furnishing design, furniture & accessory placement, flooring and upholstery sourcing, kitchen & bathroom planning, . They are vital for larger scale projects as this is where we really start to understand the space fully and what is possible, ensuring that the layout is perfect and the furniture and lighting is going to work beautifully.

IMPLEMENTATION

We Source and supply all furnishings, fixtures and electrical, find the right builder, or project manage.

CONSULTANCY

Colour Consultancy - Creating an individual colour palette for our clients is something we do as part of a complete room design, however we also offer this service as a stand alone, so if you are in need of colour inspiration or a more personal approach to the colours in your home then please get in touch., its something we absolutely love to do and it can make a huge difference to your space.

Styling - If you are looking to update your home with a few new pieces, or if you would like your home restyled by us, we would love to help. We come to your home and help you with furniture layout, arranging the pieces you already have, and advise on any extra furniture or lighting you may need.

Home accessories shopping - We are great shoppers! From high end beauties to antiques markets, if you would like us to take you shopping, or go shopping for you then please do get in touch, it is a great way to update your interiors! We come to your home so we understand what you need and then visit again to style your new pieces.

BESPOKE FABRIC & WALLPAPER

We design our own fabrics and wallpapers for sale online, so we know how... So if you are looking for a totally unique design for your home then we can create something entirely unique for you...
