What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to create the relationships that really excite them and that last. People are so resilient and I love to see them grow and reach their goals. Even when the work is difficult, it is rewarding to help people to move forward from the past, into the present and being able to look forward to a bright future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My collection of skills is eclectic and I wanted to be able to serve a wide and varied population. Working within the NHS or other organisations did not leave me the space to create the kind of work life I wanted. There are few organisations that cater to helping people to examine their sexual relationships and help them improve these. I am able to offer these services more easily with my own business.

I have 30+ years of experience working with people as a therapist and as a coach. I approach each situation with enthusiasm and dedication. As a therapist or a coach, I have my client's back. I am invested in helping you to become the best you that you can be. I don't have an agenda other than that. No judgement. I can teach you how to make the best choices - I don't make them for you. I ask the questions that help you to explore your thoughts and feelings. For people who have been traumatised, I work to help you move beyond survivor back into full life.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I only provide remote services at present as COVID has meant it was necessary to make sure that there is adequate distance when indoors.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I only provide remote services because my office space did not provide adequate space for social distancing and mask wearing during sessions is not the best.
Relationship Reboot
4 hour intensive to examine and resolve one relationship issue. We meet for a half day to get to the bottom of one issue that has been plaguing your relationship and achieve some resolution. We have a 30 minute video or phone review two weeks after the intensive for feedback. For couples with more than one issue, this is a great way to kickstart your relationship work. Questionnaire supplied prior to the intensive so I have an idea what is achievable. Price on Application
Laser Breakthrough Session
Two hour session to breakthrough an issue. Similar to what I used with couples as the resident specialist therapist on Open House: The Great Sex Experiment. Special Bark price = £497
