It is amazing, the teachers are amazing, they really take the time to understand why your there, your goals and any problems you may have so don't push yourself. Everyone in the class will be at different levels so I never felt embarrassed about having to sit out or not being really flexible. But thats the brilliant thing aswell, is that the poses have different levels so you can go deeper into them and track your progress and see it aswell. The studio is lovely and relaxing, exactly what it should be and everyone both student and teacher is friendly and welcoming, felt right at home and all my anixety about starting a new class went away as quickly as the heat hit me :) More...

I've been going for about six months now and it's been a revelation. The first exercise that I've found myself wanting to go and do.
The people are very friendly, it's been recently redecorated and it has decent showers and changing rooms with the option to rent mats and towels in case you're forgetful...like me.
The only downside is that the parking gets really busy - everything else is brilliant.
