I offer Gluten Free Hot and Cold buffets as our daughter has Coeliac Disease, I also do normal food if I have access to kitchen facilities. I am very aware of Cross Contamination in the cooking world as our daughter is hyper sensitive to any Gluten products or may contain Gluten Cereals.

What’s your signature dish?
Our family and friends like my Haggis Neeps and Tatties with a Whisky Sauce, I did this in the Hotel trade and the Hotels and their clients liked this.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have set Hot and Cold Buffet Menus on my Facebook for my Outside Catering, however I endeavour to speak with the prospective clients to see what their budgets and preferences are to help them with a Menu for their guests.
What do you love most about your job?
I love my job when I see clients and their guests have had great satisfaction with eating the food I've prepared for them and saying they enjoyed it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There wasn't any Outside Catering totally Gluten Free, as our Daughter has Coeliac Disease we couldn't find anywhere in Edinburgh that catered for Coeliac sufferers so hopped on the bandwagon so to speak to try and help others. As we found not even restaurants catered for those with Food Allergens and this is close to our hearts as it's a life saver for our daughter and others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've been a Chef to trade for over 30 yrs in various establishments ; Hotels, Schools, Outside Catering and working for the local Council. I've started from the bottom as a Commi Chef upto Head Chef and currently Supervisor in a Council ran school. I cater for my daughter with Food Allergens therefore are careful not to cross contaminate.
