We booked the Big Soap Carpet at very late notice and they were super responsive and flexible and great to see they can work whilst keeping things safe. The difference we have seen is amazing and I so wish we had got them in sooner. They were super efficient and worked from top to bottom taking time in each room to make sure all areas were covered! We would highly recommend this company and the value for money is great, with addition options available should you desire. Excellent service and excellent results. Waited in all day for a morning appointment, no show. Messaged them at 12, told technicians would be between 1-3. Heard nothing, arrived at 4:30 with no apology. Carried out a “Gold” service, but I was far from impressed. Told the stains were gone, looked this morning in daylight and still very much there. Paid for gold package at £49 for one room, poor outcome to be honest, couldn’t tell the difference to a bronze package. Who know’s whether it even was a “gold” package. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend and won’t be using again. Extremely disappointed. Oh and the carpet now smells like dirty water! More...

Julius come over this morning to clean all upstairs carpets, very friendly, polite & professional. As soon as he arrived he asked to see the rooms I explained that there was a lot of make up on my carpet from my 3yr old exploring he explained straight away that the makeup wouldn’t come up I explained to Julius when I inquired about having the carpets cleaned I pacifically told whoever I spoke to there was make up asked if the cleaner would work to which they agreed and gave me a price. I have now paid the price and the carpet doesn’t look any different to when he arrive to which is not Julius fault but this should have be explained to me when I asked as I wouldn’t of had it done. We had Julius clean our carpets this morning. This is the second time we’ve used Julius and his carpet cleaning service is exceptional! He is very polite, professional, respects the home and always does a wonderful job! He called when he was on his way, he arrived on time, he did a fabulous job and made sure I was happy with every room as he went through the house. The carpets look exceptional, smell fresh and even my 3 young kids have commented on how nice and clean they are as well as the smell which is devine. We had a very stubborn stain on our halllway carpet which was removed effortlessly. A 60 point cleaning checklist is followed when we carry out any end of tenancy clean, the process includes but not limited to:
